Dan grew up in beautiful Hawaii, where his father was a land developer there.  He then moved to the Seattle area where he obtained a degree in marketing from Seattle Pacific University. After being first licensed in real estate in 1990 in Bellevue, Washington, Dan then moved with his family to the Coeur d’Alene area in 2003. He most recently worked as the managing broker/general manager for a local real estate office where he managed about 170 agents in five different markets in two states. He is also a professional real estate photographer, who provides both still photography and drone services.

Stacey grew up in Bellevue, Washington, and has always had a love of the Pacific Northwest. She attended the University of Washington where she obtained a degree in psychology.  After moving to the Coeur d’Alene area with her husband, Dan, and two daughters, Stacey decided to pursue a career in real estate in the year of 2006. She then managed a local real estate office, while still working with clients in the buying and selling of homes. In the meantime, Stacey decided to obtain her teaching certificate from Lewis-Clark State College to further her education. She worked next to some of the best teachers in our Post Falls School District for several years before deciding to return to real estate. 

With market trends changing and the future in mind, Dan & Stacey decided to open up their own brokerage to offer clients outstanding service for an outstanding price.

Our strategic advantage and philosophy is simple: provide outstanding service for an outstanding price. You get 2 brokers for the price of 1% listing fee.  We still encourage sellers to give the buyer’s agents 3%. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entireselling process. We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients and helping our clients with saving money with our 1% listing fee.
